Registration Fee (in EURO)

Registration includes:

Participation in the scientific sessions, the technical exhibition, coffee breaks and lunch as mentioned in the programme. Participants will also receive the programme and all Congress documents.

Payment must be made by

Acknowledgement of registration will be sent after receipt of both the Registration Form and full payment.

Cancellation

Any participant cancelling his/her registration before November 1, will receive a 50 % refund. It is regretted that no refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. A written cancellation is mandatory for receiving a refund.
Registrations can be transferred at any time to another colleague at an extra charge of 20 €.

Liability

In registering for the Congress, participants agree that neither the Congress Organisers nor the Administrative Secretariat assume any liability. Participants should therefore organise their personal insurances.
