Payment must be made by

Acknowledgement of registration will be sent after receipt of both the Registration Form and full payment.

Cancellation

Any participant cancelling his/her registration before November 10, will receive a 50 % refund. It is regretted that no refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. A written cancellation is mandatory for receiving a refund.
Registrations can be transferred at any time to another colleague at an extra charge of 20,00 €.

Liability

In registering for the Congress, participants agree that neither the Congress Organisers nor the Administrative Secretariat assume any liability. Participants should therefore organise their personal insurances.
