Participation in the scientific sessions, the technical exhibition, coffee breaks and lunch as mentioned in the programme. Participants will also receive the programme and all Congress documents. You can register online at www.bacts.org or www.medicongress.com or by returning the enclosed registration form to Medicongress.

Acknowledgement of registration will be sent after receipt of both the Registration Form and full payment.

10th Anniversary Celebration Evening

The 10th Anniversary Celebration Evening will take place at the Bibliothèque Solvay, jewel of architecture and decorative arts in Brussels tradition. We are proud to announce that Mr. Herman De Croo, President of the Belgian House of Representatives and Minister of State will honour us with his presence on this special occasion. Members, Non-Members and their partners can register at a rate of 30,00 Euro per person. Trainees, Honorary Members and their partners can register at a rate of 20,00 Euro per person. Reservation before November 15 is mandatory.

Cancellation

Any participant cancelling his/her registration before November 10, will receive a 50 % refund. It is regretted that no refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. A written cancellation is mandatory for receiving a refund.
Registrations can be transferred at any time to another colleague at an extra charge of 20 €.

Liability

In registering for the Congress, participants agree that neither the Congress Organisers nor the Administrative Secretariat assume any liability. Participants should therefore organise their personal insurances.
