1. Use only excel or a data base file format (access, dbase, ...). Don't use Word, please !
The EXCEL file is preferable used to enter the data for 2005.
2. Setting of regional options of windows.
Some formats are influenced by the regional options that are used on the PC.
The 'Regional' options can be found via the Start menu-> Settings -> control panel and select the icon 'regional options'. The following windows are important:

calendar: make sure that in the option "when a two-digit year is entered, interpret as a year between 1930 and ..." the second year is 2099. So a 2 digit year (e.g. : 00) will be interpreted as being 2000 (and not 1900). |

4. EXCEL is case sensitive. So when the possible values for a variable are in capital letters, please use capital letters only. | ||
